We had our home valued by Andrew and although we decided not to sell, we still feel that we received a lot of information and knowledge about the current market and our options. Andrew kept in contact and offered a lot of great insight. Very friendly and if we do ever choose to sell, we would feel very comfortable instructing Urban and Rural to manage this for us.

We put our property on the market and within a week the sale was agreed. The team at Urban & Rural were consummate professionals from start to finish and worked to ensure our every need was adequately met. We have dealt with 5 different estate agents during our time in Leighton Buzzard and Urban & Rural comfortably top the list in every category.

Initially had Darren and Mechella to value our house and they were professional, well prepared and became our main contact throughout the sale.
All staff in the Leighton Buzzard branch were excellent. Darren was always on top of any potential issues and was aware of any issue arising from the sale of our property and the property we were buying, liaising with other agents and solicitors.
