Initially the agent seemed helpful. However when it was found that there were problems with the property all interest ceased and there was a complete lack of communication. They did not have the courtesy to acknowledge my email or letter about the problems.
I will not use this agent again.

The advice and support provided by Edwards Estate Agents Verwood in the sale of our property was excellent. From the initial meeting, Sam was confident in the potential our property was able to achieve with the right marketing and he facilitated a range of marketing initiatives that maximised our properties exposure to the target audience. Angie conducted all of our potential buyer viewings in an enthusiastic and thoroughly professional manner and in a very short time we sold our property.

Purchased a new build property and were told that we would be able to choose interior fittings ie kitchen units, tiles, & carpets from the samples like you would with any new build property. To our disappointment no choice or communication regarding interior from agent who was working on behalf of the developer. The biggest disappointment was finding the carpets had been fitted during one of our visits to the property without even being asked our colour choice and fitting the colour carpets that we did not want.
To be honest this and the way the whole purchasing process was carried out has caused us not be very happy or even attached to the brand new property, as communication always seemed abrupt and made to feel like we were being a nuisance. We are at the point now that we are already talking about placing it back on the market.
When the buyers of our old property arrived they were greeted with our selling agent with a bunch of flowers, bottle of champagne and the keys we on the other hand wait around our new property when completed were handed the keys by the site manager and that was it.

Edwards is an absolutely amazing Estate Agents - way above their competitors. Anji showed us around the property, was amazing with the negotiation and is a really lovely person to work with. We had a very big chain and it was a long, hard process to get everything to exchange. During this process Anji, Sam & Julie were incredible. They were fabulous communicators, knowing just when to let us know what was happening and smoothing the way to a successful outcome. They bent over backwards to get everything through on Exchange Day. I really don't think we could have done it without their fabulous reassurance and sheer hard work. We would thoroughly recommend them to anyone buying or selling in the area. Thank you.
