Fantastic experience all round when renting a property. Elizabeth did a great job from the viewing through to handling queries about the contract - she was friendly and very quick to respond to emails which is hugely reassuring when going through the process. Rosena was also great in finalising everything and kept me informed which was very much appreciated. On the whole it was a great experience and the online tools to manage the process made it very smooth.

We used Sure for both the sale of our property and purchase of the one we moved into. Lauren and Andrew were excellent throughout. They were always available to answer any calls or questions we had and were really supportive. They really helped to make sure the transactions progressed as quickly as possible and dealt with any issues that arose with other parties throughout the process. We would definitely recommend using them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Prompt response when enquiring about the apartment I am now living at.
Virtual viewing was arranged by Connor , leading to an actual view of the place.
Emma arranged the letting process without a hitch leading to the handing over of the keys and a welcome pack which was a nice touch.
Both Connor and Emma couldn't do enough to ensure a smooth transaction.

WORST AGENCY EVER!!! ! Never rent property from them !!!!! The worst agent ever Tom Over one year they haven’t fix mould issue and big crack on the sealing … when we Finlay could move out the playing very dirty games and want charge us how much money they can !!!! This agency it’s always about money, they don’t care about tenants and your rights !!!!
