We have been in communication with Hannells for the past few weeks whilst purchasing a property listed with them. From the get go, the staff at Hannells have been personable, kind and attentive with helping us through the process of buying a house as first time buyers. We mainly had communication with Lorna who was incredible. She went above and beyond to keep in regular contact with us regarding the status of the purchase and replied quickly to emails. I would highly recommend Hannells for either purchasing or selling a house. I cannot fault them!

As a first time buyer Hannells Chad has been absolutely wonderful. The whole process has been explained and I have really felt supported! No grey areas at all!! They have been honest and open and always call when they say they are going to and follow up on queries promptly.
