I have recently sold my mother's property through Beresford Adams.
Geraldine and Hannah, despite the challenges we faced , were always calm, professional and supportive, keeping me up to date at every stage.. I have to say a big thank you, especially in the circumstances, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Just recently rented our house out with Beresford Adams , from first contacting them to the tenants moving in , they have taken care of every detail,

Also an added bonus of them being able to fully manage it , highly recommend

My partner rang Beresford's office on Saturday to arrange to view a property in the Colwyn Bay area. To our surprise he was told that we had previously arranged and cancelled a viewing on this property. This was nonsense, we were differing reasons by Beresford's as to why we couldn't arrange a viewing in the first place, all of it sounded rather odd, and left it for several hoping the estate agents and vendors would get their act together. The rather bizzare excuse this time has put us off buying in the area

All I can say is if you are going to lie to cash buyers, at least make your story sound plausible.

Tracey and the Letting agents at Beresford Adams were very friendly, helpful, professional, polite and diligent in helping me with my new home. Especially when I daftly locked myself out just after moving in! Can't recommend them enough.

Letting staff have found tenants within a week or so. All of my expectations have been surpassed with their level of care, diligence, attention to detail, support and sharing of information.

I have been really happy with the service from the Lettings Department who found me a tenant almost immediately and were very professional. Would highly recommend.

I have today bought a property through Beresford Adams. It has been a very complicated sale and Hannah, Geraldine and Ashley have been amazing. Nothing has ever been too much bother and they have managed the stressful situation both professionally and with good humour.
