Jamie Moorhouse was outstanding and we certainly are coming back to Beresford Adams with the second rental that will require a new tenant later in the year if Jamie is to be our point of contact.
Jamie is a real people person and did not just show people around we were able to ascertain more about the people he took around to enable us to make a decision.
In a world where there can be bad tenants (touching wood as I say it now), we have found Beresford Adam great in finding us good tenants. Though Jamie Moorhouse who was involved in finding this year's tenant was brilliant and we look forward to working with him and the rest of the team again as they were great too, you have a brilliant team---do not change them and look after them as they are a credit to Beresford Adams.

Felt we were put at a disadvantage because we chose not to use their own finance advisor. Lies told and agreements not stuck to. Things were very underhand. Untrustworthy branch. Would never sell with Beresford Adams.

Don’t waste your time or money. Absolutely abysmal. Will lie to you on your purchase then happily let you spend money when they know the deal has changed, Buyer absolutely beware. Only given 1 star as I couldn’t give minus 50. Steer clear.

Tried to sell our home through BA but had trouble with a neighbour, which involved the police. BA refused to pass on the information to the police, so the neighbour got off scot free. Don't waste your time.

Great service from Aysha. She was exceptional, very helpful and professional. She always kept me updated with the progress of the transaction; I am absolutely impressed from beginning to end. Thank you for being a part of making my dream come.

The team at Beresford Adams have been so helpful. We rented privately In the end but Kaya has been extremely helpful with properties, getting in contact with me to arrange a viewing within half an hour of me showing interest in a property. Calling me with any price decreases in rent prices and any new properties in my price range as she knew how desperate we were to move.

Jamie showed us around a few properties and he was amazing with us. He was very confident with his knowledge about each house and the surrounding area. Answered any questions we had and we had a laugh every time. Lovely lad.

After an absolute nightmare with another estate agents that shall not be named, I turned to Beresford Adams, who several times offered me the opportunity to market my house with them. I realised this was the kind of determination I needed to get my property rented out and sure enough, within 48 hours, I had viewings arranged and some tenants lined up. Although this is my first time as a landlord, I feel like this is how things should be done. One of the things I appreciated the most was the team's professionalism, their knowledge of the local area and the fact they kept me up to date throughout the whole process, without me once having to chase them up. They are really friendly, approachable, efficient and can't do enough to help. As a new landlord, they were able to answer all of my many questions without delay. With my first tenancy about to start, I can't speak for the fully managed service I am about to embark on, but given my experience with Beresford Adams so far, I'm very impressed. I'd highly recommend.
