Perfect pads have been an excellent estate agent, the staff are really lovely and very helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend this company to sell your property. They were very quick to come out and value our property and very punctual in getting the property up for sale. They take some excellent footage and photos of your home to show people before hand a true reflection of what you will be viewing in the flesh. If I was to sell a property again I would look no further and go straight back to perfect pads.

Emma at perfect pads was brilliant through the whole process and completely on the ball. Always willing to go the extra mile when an issue or query came up.. Wouldn't hesitate to use her services again.

Nothing but praise for Carys and her team! Carys, especially, pulled out all the stops to secure a rapid and stress-free sale for me. She is the very epitome of professionalism, kindness and generosity. Nothing was too much for her, she accompanied me every step of the way, at all times giving me clear answers to my (numerous) queries. I would never ever envisage contacting another agency to handle any future sales, I've already found the best !

Emma came and valued the property , within a few days it was on their Facebook page which attracted a lot of interest immediately
A virtual video tour was also made of the house and there were 10 bookings
It was sold within a week
The communication was excellent with Emma keeping me updated of the progress from the purchasers solicitors

I recently sold my home through perfect pads and I must say that from sale to sold they were amazing. Professional videos and photos were taken, they were outstanding. I must mention Emma, what can i say she is the best, great commutation and advice always helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend perfect pads.
