Buying and selling property can often be a confusing and stressful experience and I was so grateful to have Online National Residential Estate Agency on my side during my property purchase. Tom was completely transparent about how the process would work when he accepted my offer and then Rachel was absolutely superb in terms of keeping me informed as to how the process was moving along. Perhaps more importantly, when the process hit an unusual and unexpected delay, she was there to offer words of advice and comfort which I was really grateful for. Ultimately my purchase went through as planned and I would have no hesitation in recommending Online National Residential Estate Agency to anyone who is looking to buy a property quickly and simply. They really do what they claim to do well!

We've now sold two properties with David and the team at National Residential. They are very capable of securing buyers - in our case, selling our buy-to-lets to other buy-to-let investors. But that wasn't what really impressed us. We had a property that was difficult to sell, and they truly went above and beyond in the advice, guidance, and help they provided in getting a deal done for us. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Satisfied client.
I sold my rental flat in London in July through National residential.
They did exactly what they said they would. The flat sold on the first viewing for the agreed price. A hassle free experience, I will definitely use them again. They have a strong team with a different expert for each step of the process.

Near impossible to get an initial viewing of the property and was eventually (after relentless phoning and promises (by the male receptionist) for calls to be returned but never were) was shown around by a lovely lady but who unfortunately couldn't answer a single question as she was a third party agent. Selling team not great at comms (potentially an under-staffing issue?) with me or with each other and I had to email often to ask for updates as they didn't come willingly. Abbie was the lifesaver who really came through at the end of the sale, so thank you Abbie (she needs a raise). David was quick to respond when the others didn't. Overall - A LOT of effort but a cheap house to be had if you don't mind paying the extortionate £6k fee and prompting most of the comms yourself.

Very challenging from day 1.

1. Win Auction with final bid price - they force you to offer higher amount or you lose
2. Frequently call & contact you until pay them deposit of £2500 or 1% of property if higher than it
3. You will be forgotten for weeks if not months
4. Properties can be unfit for mortgage application
5. Countless accusation and misleading information by text, email for deposit loss
6. Irresponsible of their actions
8. Sometimes they recommend you people to cover their shady work

Be careful when dealing your case.

Despite experiencing some setbacks with our purchase, Harpreet and Rachel tried their best to keep us updated and in the loop to ensure that we knew that even though everything was going slowly it was still moving. Which was extremely reassuring.

Rachel and all the team at Residential lettings were very friendly and helpful and always replied very quickly to any questions. I’d recommend them. I was a tenant and they made everything go smoothly. Thanks Nicki :)

I've had the worst experience with National Residential, purchasing my first property. Abbie was absolutely amazing, she deserves a raise, always kept me updated on everything and even referred me to really good solicitors. The process was quite fast, it seemed rushed and there were a lot of issues. I called to place a bid and was told they've been offered a higher price and if I agreed to pay them higher than what they were offered, I did. I viewed the property, it looked alright as all the issues were covered up, I placed a non refundable deposit of £2500. I viewed the property again when it was empty and I saw that there were multiple things wrong, a whole in the roof of the house, a leak in the bathroom, causing some damage to the kitchen ceiling, I spoke to the manager Tom and was told that these issues are not that big, and he said that he rushed to sell me the property in the first place and then now he can try to discount me on the price, however this was done after all the mortgage paperwork from my end, so I was stuck in a hole, I had made multiple payments for this to go ahead. Later on after some calls I managed to get £7000 discounted, I received the keys a few weeks later, the previous tenant had torn the place apart, taken a lot of the things that were included in the sale, and he had even told me how national residential had paid him £5000 to leave. A few weeks into the property the kitchen ceiling (bathroom floor) was leaking and the whole ceiling collapsed. Most reviews here are paid, I was initially paid £30 to leave my review but they're all lies.
