A team of very professional and helpful individuals. I bought my first property in India through Asset India and received their assistance in everything , from getting loan to preparing legal documents. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to invest in Real estate.

Project is awfully slow, there is no follow up and updates. Asset India adds no value so you are better off doing a direct deal as their engagement only adds to the complexity as they have no say or control over any issue with developer / builders leave alone any support with India related property legal matters. Pointless service

Do not fall for their refer a friend and we will pay referral incentive, they wont give even a penny. Will not recommend the service as there is no value addition.

Stay away from this company at any cost - they promise you the world and then put you into arrangements with company in India with sub standard, unclear arrangements with no ownership and accountability on resolution. I am dealing with them and their India property developer partners for last almost two year with no resolution but just false promises and asking for more time. I am on verge of starting the legal process of recovery in UK and this is a step in that direction to name and shame. Please get in touch with and I will share the kinds of responses or rather no response they will provide. They will sweet talk you into their trap - don't be fooled. If you check their 5 star review on google, most of the people are all from the company ie director / partner, simple look the name up. good luck

Very poor after sales service. No effort made to resolve issues with builder/bank.
One of the worst decision I have ever made in my life. 4 years after falling for their Ponzi scheme of 75-20-5 I am still waiting for construction to complete. Have now resorted to engage with lawyers in India to get out of it.
