Cheryl is absolutely brilliant - thank goodness she is involved in the purchase of my first property - she’s been so helpful and patient. As a first time buyer it can be a bit daunting but she’s been fantastic, much appreciated!

Appalling service. Used to be excellent but they’ve seriously lost their way these days. No continuity with different person dealing with your property each day. Would never use them again or recommend them. Go elsewhere - there are much better agents around that do care

We have just recently sold & purchased with Christopher Russell . We had a good experience. The teamwere helpful and communication was also very good .
We have also had to temporarily rent a property due to building works on our new purchase and when our rental fell through , Christopher Russell quickly found us another place . Which has all worked out perfectly

Whilst selling or buying a house always seems like a headache the team at Christopher Russel took me through it and metaphorically held my hand throughout the process. Russel came round and valued the property which was simple, within putting it on the market it sold relatively quickly, we did have some issue with the buyers but nothing that could have been foreseen. Anytime i had a question they where there to answer the phone and respond to emails quickly. fantastic service and whilst i don't intend on moving again for another 30 years they will be the people to sell it for me without a doubt. hats of to Joe, Trudy and Russel. thank you.

Very bad agent. Never trust them. Fool the buyers and feel free to renege. I cannot believe there is such an agent in UK! The Worst I bet.

The agent continued to encourage other sellers to increase their price despite agreeing to our offer. Accepting offers from others without informing us. malicious price wars without permission, disrupting the market. Our legal fees and personal information were maliciously exploited.
