I have used H&A since 2003 and they always provide an excellent friendly service. There are many letting/estate agents in Berkhamsted, but H&A specialise in lettings and since their charges are competitive too, I'm not going anywhere else!

Terrible experience and poor service. Stay away from 17 Long View. The landlord won’t let you enjoy the property, coming over personally to inspect it frequently and to cut the lawn without advice. The agency won’t give you any kind of support. They also lied when viewing the property about some important details, hiding what was the real attitude of the landlord and misleading us, reserving some nasty surprises. Really disappointed, wasted almost one year of my life in a property which made us fell like in a hotel.

We had such a nice experience renting through Home and Abroad and it was because of Emma. She was always so friendly and informed and helpful and really helped arrange a contract that seemed mutually beneficial to all involved.

They lack in coordination. I tried to get an update on the offer made, but they never contacted me again. I will not recommend this agency.
