Accommodate

As a professional tenant with a number of spotless references I called to obtain some further information on a property (some ads can be a little misleading so good to actually chat to someone about a property before viewing). Found the lady who answered the phone to be sarcastic, condescending and exasperated at my questions. As the first point of call for this business this is quite poor, client service is important, even if you need to fake it :)
