Realm estate found and managed our rental property for 2 years. Gemma looked after us and was absolutely fantastic, very reliable, thorough and honest. The house was subsequently put on the market by the landlord and the Realm sales office were not considerate to us as tenants when organising potential buyer visits, but the Lets office was very professional and highly recommendable.

Geoffrey navigated and diligently pursued the sale of our house during the difficult period of lockdown.Completing a sale in such an unprecedented market is a real testament to his skill and determination. He kept us regularly updated with calm and sensible advice. Without him we would not have been able to complete the sale. A truly excellent result . Deciding to sell my house post lockdown was slightly scary. The team at Realm Estates immediately dispelled my fear as soon as I picked up the phone to ask them to do so. With efficiency and professionalism my house had been valued, photographed with floor plan and put online within a few days.
