Called to register and see what properties were available and was quickly shut down saying everything has been taken. No interest in even registering my details for future properties that come on the market.

I AM ABSOLUTELY IN SHOCK!!!! I was dealing with one of your agents his name is Aman about property in southall ub2 4el.

Me and my partner payed the holding deposit of 400 since we were interested in getting that property.
Since landlord refused us we were supposed to get the deposit back.Agent did not do any references or credit score checks so he was supposed to send our money back which he said he will.

For the past few days we were calling and trying to get our money back from this scammer.Not only he ignores calls, he now refuses to give our money back.
Hovewer we are taking further actions.This person is the most unreliable and unprofessional agent we ever dealt with.
