It's literally terrible experience for us.
In terms of 1 year tenant period.
1-)Their team mate without notification came to house for checking.
2-) We had lots of problems from roof, leaking and water dump.
3-) After saying to them we are leaving they sent a huge list to checking.
And they literally looking any deduction from your deposit if they can.
4-) They already decided to cut some part of deposit in terms of dusty grubby for house conditions after left the house

I would suggest to the tenant please be aware they will cut your deposit some reason even not make any sense.

Awful experience when it came to check out. We left the property in a far better state than we took it in, yet we had just over 50% of our deposit deducted. Pretty disgusting way of running a business. Avoid if you can!

Utter incompetence and lazy. Called them and said I want to rent a specific flat and want to put down a holding deposit now. They said, great, it’s still available and just need you to fill a form. Had to follow up so many time… and each time they said “we will send it right now” and then they don’t. I called up after 6 or 7 times and finally was told, “sorry, it’s gone now”- what?????

Came for a viewing today which was terrible. They advertise the property as ready to move in and what i saw there was terrifying.

Cockroaches running in the property, kitchen drawers falling down, kitchen appliances not working, shower not working, ventilation not working, sink pipe in bathroom not working, water running out of sink, window sticked with plasters, kitchen cupboard filled with newspapers to make the cupboard whole between the wall and the cupboard filled, dirty as an abandoned place.

And the worse part about it was the lying of agents saying it is ready to move in as soon as possible telling me to come on Saturday,when the place is not even up hygiene lowest standards. And when i said all of this to the agent via email and said that if they fix all of that i will come again to check, women with who i arranged the viewing, lied to me saying that property has been let to someone who saw it before me, but the agent that showed the property said this is his first time showing that property.

Definitely avoid this agency as i've wasted my time because they are liars.

Had great customer service and help with renting a place as well as moving in from Giona, would absolutely recommend anyone looking for a new place to go with this company they helped out so much!

Avoid, avoid, avoid. I had rented a flat with them, repairs were slow and our emails often ignored - had to email and call multiple times to get issues resolved. But the worst of all we left the property in a great state, even at the next tenants viewings the agent Maya said that we keep it really well. Then the checkout comes and BAM over £500 claimed in damages including things that we emailed were broken when we moved in and the emails were never responded to🤦🏼‍♀️. We sent all the evidence to the agent and they didn’t even bother to acknowledge it they just ask how much of a deduction we can agree to. We said £50 which honestly was already a stretch and they just said “no” and to raise a dispute with the DPS. We did and fairly won all our money back after 2 months since the claims were bogus. I believe this is a standard procedure for this business - claim unreasonable deductions from the deposit and hope that the tenant has no time/experience/knowledge of the legal system to challenge it. An absolutely disgraceful way to run a company. I never since or before had such terrible experience and from the other reviews I see that I’m not alone.
And yes the positive reviews with the name of the agent are there because the agent asks you to write one very soon after the move in “for a competition in the office”. Do your job and don’t scam people and then the reviews will reflect it 🤦🏼‍♀️.

I was looking for an apartment to rent when the property company showed up like an angel. Myself and my flatmate moved to London from Glasgow. Not being in the City made it really difficult to find a place, especially whilst coming out of the pandemic. The Property Company were unbelievably accommodating in helping us both view the property and in sorting out our documentation. Everything was very smooth and we felt very supported by our agent Louis. After signing our agreement the property company continued to be punctual with email responses and knowledgeable with any questions we had. Ezgi especially has made us feel that we have someone that we can rely on for support and as we move forward with our tenancy we feel assured that the the Property Company has our best interests at heart. Very much so recommended.
