Absolutely lovely estate agent (Natalie) showed me round two houses and nothing was too much trouble. Loads of advice about the area, very professional. Just went above and beyond and if I could buy because of the agent rather than the house I'd have offered there and then!

Been with the Chase Independent team since 2002 and can with all honesty say they’re fantastic. Always get a thorough and detailed account of how tenants are caring for my properties and absolutely no problem getting my rental payments. I couldn’t be more pleased. Well worth considering if you are a landlord or a prospective tenant.

Terrible way of dealing with clients from this estate agent's, definitely avoid this place and go with another company, there's plenty of competition.
Not only did myself and my partner have a terrible experience with them, when it came to returning the DPS deposit they posted my email wrong and delayed the return of the deposit, not a good thing to have to face when you're moving in on the day it's meant to clear with a baby on the way! It took another whole week for it to clear after I sorted the DPS information myself.

I have been a landlord for over 18yrs, and for all of that period I have had dealings with Chase Independent, from valuations, to tenant finds, and when I decide to be a full time dad, Chase took the load off, by managing my Propertys.
When I decide to take back the rains, the handover was clean as can be.
My wife has recently ask me to write a dummies guide, just in case something should happen to me.

Chase Independent were agents for the sale of the house we have recently purchased. We moved in June once the Covid restrictions had been lifted and I can honestly say I don't know what we would have done without Charlotte over the final month or so!
