After viewing and putting in an application for a rental property and hearing nothing back, I chased it up 3 or 4 times over the space of 1 - 2 weeks (giving them surely what I thought was enough time to get back in touch) Yet I still got along the lines of 'can we call you back' or 'I will check and I will call you right back' only to be still waiting for that call back. Whether it be a quick phone call or an email, it would be very much appreciated to know where we stand, even if it is just to let us know that they have accepted someone else and the property is no longer available. At least then we can go about viewing others and not keep our hopes on the property we have applied for. I don't see it as professional to keep people in the lurch, especially when we have taken time out to view said potential property and filled in application forms. I am sure this agent is usually wondeful to deal with, unfortunately I just found that we were cast aside and left wondering what was going on.

We would like to thank Penny and the Bespoke team for the time they have taken care of us and the property. Living abroad and having a property in the UK you need a team that can provide ALL the professional services for peace of mind. We would gladly recommend Bespoke to any future clients.

We moved our property full management to Bespoke Lettings last year after having terrible experience with our last letting agent. Penny and her team proved that we made the right choice! They're always responsible and polite. There were a few maintenance happened in our property, they sorted out really quick and gave us updates.
