Without doubt the best Lettings agency I’ve experienced. Signed up to a 6 month tenancy as we had a gap between selling and buying a house. Mike always came across as fair, listening to our comments and acting on them. On arrival there were a few teething issues with the property (damaged guttering, tap that’s water pressure was so high it sprayed everywhere) but Mike had someone in within 48 hours to fix both issues. One of the people who came to sort the issue put it well when he said “Mike’s the best estate agent I work with, proper old school sense of honour”. When we got our new house sorted within the 6 months min period, Mike managed to find a new tenant to come in early which gave us £1000 back in rent. Thank you for a stress-free short term tenancy!
