Upstairs Downstairs

We rented for 2 and half years with Upstairs Downstairs and I highly recommend their outstanding service! They promptly dealt with any email and call from us, even if it was not urgent. Excellent telephone manners, polite and patient, they took the time to explain any process or query in detail. it was very much a tailored and personal service. We would like to thanks Mike in particular, who brilliantly looked after us in all the steps of the tenancy.

Initially when we moved to UDL from our previous estate management company things looked positive. 3 months in, things could not be further from the truth. In the past 2 days, I have found them difficult to deal with, rude and aggressive over the phone. They are not interested in listening to what you have to say and their opinion is always correct even when they have half the facts.

Upstairs Downstairs were by far the best lettings management company that I ever dealt with. From a tenant point of view I don't thing you'll find better. For just over four years, every one has been supper helpful and I have nothing to complain about. Calls and emails are always answerd promptly and requests actioned quickly. I wish everyone at upstairs downstairs all the best and keep up the good work.
