Property First

Prompt, efficient and dedicated service with down to earth staff who do not give you any flannel which is nice in the estate agency world where jargon seems to cover a host of issues. I have used Property First for some 10years to manage my property and never had any major problems or issues with them in that time and I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

Apparently they want to give a professional service but the reality is quite different. They allow landlords to cheat customers, they are not useful at all if a real problem arises, they don't keep their word. They are not trustworthy at all, they say one thing and do another. After finding out that our landlord was a swindler they neglected to offer us another property claiming they didn't have any at that moment what is was a LIE since that same day there was a flat announced on Internet by them.

Property First have rented property for me for many years. The team are always on top of things, and have made the process very easy for me. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending to others.

I was a tenant for 9 years with Property First acting as agent. In that time I had the usual problems with the property but every time, Property First acted quickly and efficiently to resolve my issues. Booked an appointment to view a flat and nobody turned up, apparently they tried calling me and left a message on my answer phone. (Not) I booked a second appointment, and yet again nobody turned up, yet again they said they tried calling me, it turns out that they had my phone number wrong and now the flat has been let . And there attitude is not good , won’t use again.

Absolutely love renting through property first, when our landlord needed to sell they worked so hard to to find us someone else to live, they went the extra mile just to try and help us, I can't rate them enough 😁👍

Great service. They have let out and managed my properties for me. The staff are very friendly and professional. They know the area very well and gave me some great advise. I would Highly recommend them.
