Finders Keepers Shared Letting

My partner and I rented a property through Finders Keepers for about two and a half years. During this time we were very happy with the service we received, in particular that from our property manager Adrian who was friendly and reliable. Any issues in the flat were dealt with quickly and we also felt we were able to report things that were broken and they would be fixed or replaced with little fuss. We had a couple of mix ups just before we left with our final rent payment and return of our deposit, but these were dealt with and resolved efficiently. Would definitely recommend, one of the best letting agents I have dealt with in the Oxford area. Properties seem to be of a really high standard and the rent prices are competitive.

I rented a property through Finders Keepers with 3 other guys for my 2nd year. For me this was the first time ever renting a property and was a little overwhelmed. Finders Keepers were amazing at explaining everything that needed to be done, what needed to be signed and why as well as when it was all due. Upon arriving at the house for the first time, we had a ring binder filled with documents about the house (energy supplier, water supplier, emergency contact numbers, bin days etc.) This was a huge help as no one had thought about this until we had arrived. When ever something went wrong with the house (loss of hot water etc.) one phone call had someone sent out ASAP to sort it out. Throughout the tenancy we dealt with one individual from Finders Keepers, this was Alec, this made everything much easier as we only had to contact one person for everything. When it came to the end of the tenancy, I was the last one in the house cleaning ... all of my other flatmates had already vacated the property and left all of the final cleaning to me and me alone. When it came to the check out Alec came and gave a quick inspection and gave me a run down of the check out. When all was finished, I got the remainder of my things (quite a bit) and got ready to grab a bus to get into town so I could catch my train. Alec asked where I was going and offered me a lift into town so that I didn't have to grab a bus. This was something that was unneeded and most people would never have offered. It was little things like this, Finders Keepers going the extra mile, which really gave me a fantastic experience with using the agency. If you as a student are looking to rent a property and not sure who to go with, pick Finders Keepers. They will help you every step of the way.

I worked in FKSL over the summer of 2019, it was a great place to work. The team are lovely and really know there stuff. Even though it was very busy during the summer they still made time to show me the ropes.

I am now working for Finders Keepers full time.

Our contacts throughout our tenancy were Henry Mullenger and Aimee Withinshaw, both of whom were professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to maintenance issues. They completed all of the admin on FKSL's side quickly and comprehensively, including due to the Covid-19 pandemic instating new check-out procedures and booking cleaners for us. We didn't have to fight to get our deposit back, either - it was returned within the time frame specified and the deductions were fair and much less than they could have been.

The staff are nice and friendly but they are incredibly slow at dealing with issues. I've had a maintenence request in for 6 weeks and I'm still waiting on it being fixed, despite being told multiple times it would be fixed "tomorrow".

I cant speak too highly of the top quality professional service and problem solving abilities that I've received from Ellie Madeley and her efficient team at Finders Keepers Shared Letting in Oxford.
I own a smart five bedroom HMO, and was living overseas when I was advised by the previous managing agent that the lease was due to expire in two months.
However after that they lost the plot, resulting in a period of great anxiety for me. A change of agent was sadly the only solution, and thankfully I was advised to move to Finders Keepers, who have been amazing.
Once again I have every confidence that letting a property can be a great experience, as long as it's managed by true professionals, who care about the people they are dealing with, and meeting deadlines.

Our oven was not working at the start of our tenancy as the bottom heating element was evidently damaged. Callum was very prompt in responding to this issue, getting us a new oven ordered within days of us reporting the problem. We are very grateful for Callum's speedy attention to our maintenance request.

When I moved to the UK, I was unfamiliar with the letting system here, but Finders Keepers (Emily in particular) was very kind and extremely helpful. She did explain everything and was available to answer all my questions.

During my stay, I contacted the office multiple time to fix things in the unit, and they always responded quickly and fixed whatever needed to be fixed.
