After nearly 10 years with another letting agency who offered very poor service, I decided to take the plunge and go with White House Lettings to manage my property. Ian and Debbie are very professional, and offer an individual tailored landlord service. Customer service is excellent and they answered all queries I had promptly via email or telephone. My only regret is that I didn’t go to them sooner.

We have been using White House Lettings for over 4 years. They have always been friendly and ultra efficient and always kept us informed and done everything they could to make the letting of our house as trouble free as they could for us and our tenants. Nothing has been too much trouble for them and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

We've had a great experience using White House Lettings for our new home. This is the easiest move we've made, the application process wasn't complicated and was much quicker than what we've done in the past. We had full control throughout and it was a very transparent process. They were happy to answer any queries we had and they were very quick with their responses. They have a practical approach to getting you in your new home and work with you to ensure it's a smooth move. Can't recommend them enough!

We chose White House Lettings after an internet search in our area. I liked the personal service they offered and wanted to support a local family business.
Their Facebook page has a really personal touch and it was nice to see them reaching out to their customers during the pandemic. I also spoke to Ian on the phone and he made me feel confident of his support when letting our first property, (which is definitely what we needed!!)
The whole process was stress free and their fees extremely reasonable. All in all I would highly recommend this agent. No glossy brochures, just a good old fashioned family business!

Sadly personal circumstances has meant I have had to leave the 'White House family' just shy of 3 years. As a tenant I have felt valued and appreciated, everything is transparent and honest ,all repairs have been facilitated quickly and by trusted and friendly tradesmen. Great service from the team. Friendly, efficient and responsive. I chose initially as responded to my query out of hours which proved commitment for me and was more than happy with everything offered from that point. My property was rented out at thefull asking price within 24 hours of being listed. I will definitely be using White House Lettings again for my property lettings.
