I was very happy with the service I received recently from Seymours Lettings and Management, in particular Bel Smith who was very communicative throughout the whole process of our deposit transaction. I would highly recommend their services.

Awful experience with Seymours during our tenancy here. An incident occurred where the communication was so poor that they failed to inform us of a viewing of our property, meaning that the agent let themselves into the property whilst a young female was home alone. To make matter worse, they tried to avoid filing this complaint by having a telephone conversation. Do not recommend.

Cole at Seymours was absolutely brilliant in getting me moved into a new property. Professional, incredibly helpful and efficient.

We had a great cooperation with Seymours (Kathy and Janine). We've been tenants of the property rented by them for 1.5 year. Everything was very professional and contact with them was very quick. They've been kind and approachable. Whenever with had any issue with the place, they're been responsive are were arranging any necessary repairs swiftly. At the stage of looking for the property they've been the most informative about the properties out of all agencies in Guildford.

Just finished a one year rental that was managed by Seymours in Guildford. The team have been friendly, professional and responsive throughout. The minor issues that arise over the course of the year with the property were all dealt with quickly. Apart from a chance meeting, I never spoke to the landlord for the entire year even though they lived nearby, such was the comprehensive nature of the support, especially from Kathy and Janine.

We have used Seymours as our letting agents for over ten years. The professionalism and attention to detail from Seymour's staff is exemplary so we are confident that our property is being well looked after and our interests protected.

Seymour’s are absolutely brilliant. We rented through Seymour’s in Guildford first in 2018 after which we moved away for a year. We then returned to Guildford and decided that as Seymour’s were so good we would only rent through them and this has proved to be a very good decision. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and any queries or problems are dealt with straight away. The agency is very professional and vastly better than any other agency I have rented through. I would highly recommend Seymour’s to everyone.
