My fiancé and I recently bought our first home through Geoffrey Smith. We really can't fault the responsiveness and professionalism of Andrea and Jackie. During a very busy and difficult time they were always helpful and informative when it came to our many queries.

I initially chose Geoffrey Smith to handle the sale of my property because of the initial professional contact made upon asking them to value the house. Since then, and after a very long process, they have been attentive and eager to help as much as they possibly could. Considering in the middle of this we had the COVOID 19 lockdown, they have stayed in contact throughout and could not have done more to assist.

This agent tried to squeeze our offer up by fabricating a counter offer but then got caught in a web of their own lies. We withdrew our offer immediately and the property remained on the market for many months before being price dropped (below our original offer!) and not selling. Fail.

Choose Geoffrey Smith as they were helpful and professional from the start.
Other agents we contacted did not come across like this so that's why GS stood out to us.
Throughout the process they were always responsive to emails, phone calls and made sure we were kept up to date.
All three ladies, Jackie, Andrea and Sally were a pleasure to deal with.
They even went the extra mile and helped find my son a flat when we sold our property.
