Amazing little record shop, tucked away underneath Beckenham Place Park mansion. Have been a couple of times, and will definitely be going back for more.

There are a LOT of records across all genres packed into this place - great for spending time digging through the crates.

Staff always friendly and helpful, and really easy-going. Happy to negotiate on price and even cleans new purchases!

Great shop! V well stocked with a wide variety of genres, largely second hand but also gets new releases and v interesting reissues. There are two listening booths kept in good nick. The owner Owain is knowledgeable and friendly and can often point you in the right direction for records you might like based on what you've been browsing, and he always gives fair prices. Lots of bargains to be had!

Also situated right next to a bar inside a beautiful park, and they usually have lovely tunes playing, easy to spend a while here...

Been to the shop a few times and always left with something special to add to my vinyl collection. Even during the lockdown, the owner has kept my collection going, even by picking out a selection and doing a great deal. Looking forward for lockdown to finish so I can pay the shop another visit. Nothing seems too much for the guy in there, always happy to help you find you a bargain. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic treasure trove of vinyl from the sixties onwards. Have bought a fair amount of soul/disco/boogie and 80s stuff there and have always been very happy with the range, pricing and service. Recommended!

Long standing positive history with CR - the shop has an excellent buzz to it at the weekend with the full spectrum of genres, whether you reside in 70 bpm territory or 170 it is likely that you will find something you like. Its worth noting that if you cant find it yourself the staff are on hand to guide you towards something of your liking.

More recently I have received excellent service digitally despite COVID complications and received my records with no issues. Looking forward to getting back in store!

Cigarette records is an absolute gem. If you want rarities and obscurities, the type not commonly found in shops these days, this is a diggers heaven. Great selection of afro, reggae, soul - with plenty hard to find stuff - why? Because the owner works hard to find decent stock. I've found things in there I never thought I'd find in a record shop. It makes it a real treat heading in and has rekindled my love for digging in record shops. Prices are competitive and makes the experience far more rewarding than heading to discogs. Highly recommend it!
