We have only used it for rehearsal so cannot comment on any recording experiences but the accommodation is fine and the people very friendly. Obviously the place is a Work in Progress as they develop what they have but it is functional and not expensive. We have used a couple of the rooms and it was fine for us as a four piece - it may be a little cramped if you were a five or a six.

Gemma & Matt are a pleasure to work with. 14 Records is simply the best and most relaxed rehearsal/recording environment available. Skilled, friendly, understanding, always looking to get the 'best' results through in a natural and organic working relationship. Their focus is on giving artists the 'space' to be confident and express; this can never be over-valued because they understand the creative processs involved in making music, being fine working musicians themselves. A1!

Great studio, brilliant team who work very hard to support bands and artists - often going the extra mile for them without ever being asked to! Would 100% Recommend.

AMAZING Talented Gemma is so gifted the way she teaches is so clever , ive allways had a problem with confidance and she has put me at ease my singing has gone from strength to strength because of her X

A great place to rehearse and record with comfortable spaces and good gear. The managers Gemma and Matt do great work developing and supporting live music in Leamington.

Friendly, helpful, and nice rehearsal facility with recording option and nearby places to eat. Loved it.

14 records is a great rehearsal practice place for bands of semi professional, professional, learner and beginner level of musicians etc.
It's been a great practice place that I've gone to many times. Great recording facilities. Useful help with gig guidance and instrument tech, vocal coaching etc.
