Lol, can't discuss my personal experience but I love this place, I mostly stay downstairs 😅

Spacious, well maintained, centrally located. Staff are pleasant and very helpful.

Nice facilities easy to get to, there's on street parking nearby but I prefer to either get there by train or park in the station car park and walk, activities vary depending on who is doing the arrangements

Oddball combination of pub and Chinese. Small internal dining area reasonably large covered outdoor. Chinese ok only.
