Rehearsal room was being refurbished and shouldn't have been hired out in the state it was in. Window was jammed open and room was very cold (it was the middle of winter), a small fan heater was supplied on request, no PA equipment available. Has potential and will be good when the work has been completed; is also conveniently placed in Bromley town centre for public transport links.
