My band Higher Sights have been using 22 Studios since we started. The new management greatly improved the quality of the facility as well as the equipment that is there to use without additional charges. They are also willing to be flexible where it is possible to be and I always consider the site to be well maintained and everything works as it should. It is a great space for rehearsals. As the drummer, it is easy to park and is accessible without stairs or long walks back and forth to bring in gear which is a big bonus for me 😃

We have been to 22 studios a few times now. It’s a great studio with decent equipment. Refurbished to a high standard and all rooms we’ve been in are always clean. There is a onsite music shop and kitchen. Charlene the new owner has a wealth of knowledge and very helpful. It’s Good to see a music business female run!
Easy to access with great parking.

22 studios is well equipped with great gear and a good service. Charlene is very helpful and full experience with equipment and recording. Great studio, light and clean! Couldn’t ask for much more!

Charlene and Nathan couldn't be more accommodating and welcoming, with such a positive vibe and passion for what they do!
Both have a wealth of knowledge and experience which has been a great help to improve our band!

The location is perfect and after an extensive refurbishment, you can quite safely ignore any old negative reviews from people visiting in the past!

Equipment is always readily available and good quality. There is also a shop which has anything else you might need!

Great place to practice, very helpful and friendly staff, decent gear and overall facilities. Do give it a try, we're lucky to have a rehearsal studio like that in Leighton Buzzard
