Great rehearsal rooms, good equipment, helpful staff, and useful facilities. Recording available also! Been going for a few months now and I thoroughly recommend it.

My band practices here weekly and Gary is the studio owner. He is very accommodating and always makes time to make sure we have what we need. The refreshments in the kitchen takes quite a hammering where we are there but I would definitely recommend this place as not only a rehearsal studio but a recording studio as well.

The room I was in stank of damp. We cut our slot short by an hour because of the rank smell of damp. Just had to get out of there. Overpriced for what it is. Needs a massive refurb too. Owner was a nice guy but he needs to invest some serious wonga if he wants to get a decent place to rehearse.

Rooms are clean, A/C works well in each room, and there's little to no interference from management. You can just get on.

Great break room, drinks available for purchase. Overall, a good rehearsal space (I have not personally recorded there yet.)

Only reason it gets 4 instead of 5 stars, is some of the equipment lacks in maintenance, making the sound a bit off, depending on which room you get. Kinda forces you to bring more gear than you'd like to a space as clean and well kept as this.
