Rooms were shabby, was ridiculously hot, tons of doors to go through which is daft when you're carrying anything more than a guitar, and the in-house equipment was a mess and badly maintained. The 2 hipsters on the desk refused payment and obviously couldn't care less.

Hamish and Phoenix Sound have a creative and fulfilling approach to recording. Expect your vision to be carried out as best as it can be when working with this man!

Maria Jim and Duncan area pleasure to work with. Easy booking, helpful and Duncan is a brilliant engineer. The Sound Gallery team turned my musical aspirations into reality and I cannot thank them enough. Recommended with many thanks !!

I've spent the afternoon recording drums for a project. The sound engineer was easy to work with. The sound was spot on and I got a the start of a lesson in mixing. Great place.

More great work for our label by the Sound Gallery team this week as they undertook a full technical review of a 20 year old album in preparation for its re-release and provided a fantastic re-master within budget and earlier than expected. Great oversight from Grice, technical know-how from Duncan and comms from Maria. A fantastic team! Thank you.

Great recording studio and they even have a link to Phonic.fm if you're ever up for a "live session"!

Had a lovely 2hours reading Google gibberish for £80... Apparently it's now £100! Guess I should shave my beard and claim to be someone else now...
