Wow. If you're playing music for fun and are happy to just turn up with your guitar/breakables and just plug in and play, this is likely the place for you. However, if you take music a bit more seriously, avoid this place at all costs.

Went here today to check it out, booked room 1. Arrived and were jumped on immediately by one of the site staff, who told us our cars could be towed due to parking near the building. How bands who are bringing gear manage here I'll never know.

The room was tiny, the LED lighting they boast about was one bulb and didn't make a blind bit of difference, and it just seemed like a very amateur place all round. Which is in stark contrast to their website and the way they sell themselves.

We didn't even bother unpacking our gear. Phoned Music Box down the road and headed straight there. Better deal, better gear, actual humans you can interact with and a place built for rehearsal.

Pirate, you've got a hell of a lot of work on your hands to make this viable for all musicians, not just a small demographic.

Poor equipment n general, often essentials are missing such as guitar leads. The kick pedals on the drum kits are always loose and cymbals cracked.

It's okay but don't expect much.

Could do with a bit of maintenance.
The floor tom in Studio 2 ,, pro" has a 2 ply drum head and the top ply is broken from a month ago but no one changed it.
I am not saying to change the heads regularly...but at least when they are damaged.
And everything is covered in a thick layer of dust....

Amazing space for a set rehearsal or just chilling out and listening to tunes with mates.

Solid professional equipment all great, although prior occupants left rubbish and trash

Good equipment, but needs some maintaining, helpful staff (through website) and competitive prices. But it's difficult to park in the day as the lane is used by large trucks.
