Just go motorhomes

We used Just go as a test to see if our family of 4 and a medium sized dog could holiday in a motorhome. We decided on booking a 6 nights break and travelling south west of the UK. The booking process was straight forward and as we are motorhome beginners we selected the mystery 5 birth motorhome which applied a nice saving on the price.
Before pick up we were sent a link to a Just Go YouTube video to demonstrate the workings of a motorhome. I strongly recommend watching this as it really helped us settle in.
On the afternoon of pickup the staff were very friendly and helpful. It didn't seem like long before I was on my way. Being no stranger to driving large vehicles the driving was no stress at all. On the drive out of Just Go EVERYTHING in the cupboards rattles so before setting off from home we secured all cutlery and knives and forks and also removed the oven racks and put in a bag, this solved the noise issue 😊.
We found the motorhome had everything required for our 6 night vacation and I strongly believe I could have carried on for months in the van we were in. The heating was great, shower perfectly adequate and beds comfortable. There is plenty of storage space as well.
My only issue I now face is when can I next get some time to book another adventure.

This month we hired a #justgouk motorhome and drive round the UK & Ireland. What a great experience. And #justgouk made it all so uncomplicated and fun!!! They are knowledgeable and considerate people. They made the hire simple to do from the states. They picked us up train station & took us back at then end of our holiday. The linen packages included the warmest most comfortable covers and nice size bath towels. Pots, pans, toaster, kettle, dishes and flat wear are already for you. There is a three hob cooker and a fridge. You can live off grid for a few days with the awesome solar panels to charge the battery. Although my hubby did the driving this time around it was fairly easy for him. Just remember you are in the left side. Ample storage for ya and our food and gear. Easy to navigate with our gps and the atlases they supplied. Be warned... it’s bumpy in back, and loud, the dishes clank and pot and pans even after we wrapped them in cloth. My kids were car sick a lot! Anyone sitting in the back can not see out at all. The cap seats are very uncomfortable. No adjustments to be made for that. But those were the only things we didn’t like. That being said... we will hire again, next time New Zealand or the Italian job run! Which ever we can get into first. Thanks #justgouk !

Still great prices and still great motorhomes. Service is brilliant. Really friendly, and can support you on your travels through an excellent phone service. Simple guide to ticket any problems too.

On top of that, the whole process of hiring to return is slicker and slicker. Really impressed and will be back.

Italy trip is also a fantastic opportunity to do a one way hire through Europe - just unbeatable.

Brilliant, knowledgeable and helpful staff. We rented a motorhome which included a toilet and shower, oven cooker and TV. Awesomeness in a van 👍👏👏

As first timers it was a good experience. Helpful staff. Only request would be for future first timers, they give some idea how long the leisure battery and LPG would likely last with moderate usage.

Sadly in the post-COVID era most travel companies have forgotten that customers are important.

I'm sure we're all familiar with the trend towards no refunds, no apologies, etc. My van had electrical faults, it cost me time and a discount was promised, but in the end the offer was wriggled out of. Pity really, because otherwise I really liked the product.

Although we are happy with our purchase of our brand-new motorhome we are disappointed with the after-care we have received.
They are your best friend when you are handing them over the best part of 60,000 yet the second you drive off and you come into issues they don’t care.
Would definitely recommend the Motor Home experience however look for a company has a better after-care service.

My husband and I hired 2 berth motorhome Rainbow for 7 days for our trip around Wales. Being complete newbies to motorhoming we were clueless and a little nervous. Since the time we booked it to the time we handed it over our experience has been AMAZING! The handover process was so smooth and the guide book plus the videos makes it easy for even a 10 yr old to become pro. We were so lucky to be the first ones to take that motorhome on the road, so it was brand new and we were also told that they get new fleet of Mohom every year so they always look new. I would highly recommend getting the Refill Package if you are a newbie like us to be relaxed and not being worried about filling everything up before giving back. The bad reviews use to concern me but as long as you give the waste water cassette and grey water empty and treat the MoHom as your Home, they will not charge you unnecessarily.
