I had a very relaxing pregnancy massage and face massage with Tia over the weekend! It was my first time visiting Tia and the space was lovely, clean and relaxing. All Covid secure too! The massage itself was amazing and I left feeling very relaxed and calm. I took advantage of the Pregnancy Bliss Combo which is 1.5 hours and combines both a pregnancy massage and facial massage however you can opt to have reflexology instead. I had such a wonderful healing crystal reiki session with Tia. It was deeply relaxing and I came away feeling lighter and rebalanced. Tia has such a lovely warm manner and takes the time to discuss everything with you. It’s the second treatment I’ve had with Tia and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Rewarded myself with a two hour treatment with Tia last week. As a complementary therapist myself I wanted to receive a treatment encompassing a few different things and to be on the receiving end for a change. Tia was so attentive to all my different ailments and checked in with me all the time to check everything was ok. She even did some work on my knee which has been causing me a few issues since it was replaced last year. Tia finished the treatment with some Reflexology which was a lovely end to the session - I forgot totally where I was once she had finished as the magic of Reflexology had sent me to a complete state of relaxation. It has taken me many years to find a massus as talented as Tia. Unlike others, she takes the time to understand exactly what you need from this experience and where are your aches and pains prior to the massage. She then assesses the pain gently with her hands and gets started.

Tia is very knowledgeable on the muscle groups of the body and is particularly good at easing aches and pains from injuries.
Tia mixes specific oils to treat particular problem areas which are both healing and extremely relaxing.

I had a 65 minute long reflexology appointment. Parking was so easy as directly outside. I was made to feel so welcome and relaxed immediately and the treatment was incredible. I had a lovely chat with Tia but then also had some time to deeply relax. I felt like I was walking on a cloud afterwards and have not felt that restored in a very long time. I will absolutely be going again!

Visiting Tia is always a real treat for mind and body! I always leave totally relaxed, refreshed and looking forward to my next appointment. She has really helped sort out my plantar fasciitis through foot massage and reflexology but I have also really enjoyed reiki and other massages. I could not recommend more highly.
