Staff are absolutely excellent, but I must say Ashanti at the reception is exceptional. So much care & attention, rarely do you meet someone that’s such a star!

Very poor service!
Very dissatisfied with Enfield Council.
I needed the correct my son’s birth certificate and it is taking more than 3 months. General register office very responsive with the emails, while Enfield Register Office not responding about their responsibilities at all. They say leave your contact and we will call you but this doesn’t happen. Very dissatisfied! Very disappointed!

Without fail Gemma Wood will make an error on your registration documents. She made a mistake on my dad’s death certificate and then failed to note him as deceased on my marriage certificate. Margaret then told me that I would pay £90 to correct their mistake, wasting my time to sit and wait to explain the incompetence of this registry office to the manager who would first finish her lunch, in the middle of my working day. I had such a good experience with my wedding here but the registrar experience is pitifully poor.

I went to an interview of give a notice for marriage with my future partner who happens to be Chinese. I felt uncomfortable due to the rude comment made by there receptionist on how she was dressed. Clearly that individual had a problem with her nationality. This then led into an interview where instead of being treated like adults, we felt like we were back at school waiting to see a headmaster. Disgusting treatment and behaviour. I know they have a job to do but stereotyping seems to be the norm in this country(and I was born here.).
I am 50. My future wife is 44. I'm not surprised that this country is now so isolated amongst the rest of the world.

Lovely place with parking and more parking at back of the premises and a little playground to take pictures.

They let me put some lilies our the back today to remember my husband who passed away 4 years ago.
I took photos out there too.. It reminded me of when I married there 12 years ago.
Kind man who let me go round the back today.
Every year I take photos of the bridge where I had my wedding photos too.
