Started off well but then had a text and email to book an interview. The booking line has a recorded message on permanently stating they have a high volume of calls so send an email and they will 'endeavor' to call back. Having sent emails there has been no further contact from them despite keep getting texts asking to book an interview.

What could have been an emotional and hard experience was handled in gentle and professional manner.
