Purchased a second hand Jaguar from this garage and to say the customer service was exceptional is an understatement.

I dealt with a separate finance company who put me in touch with the garage and proposed car. Craig was very helpful from the offset explaining everything about the car, what was available etc without the usual hard sale chat you get from garages (which always puts me off!).

Communication was perfect with all calls and emails answered very quickly. Craig was always friendly and helpful in all correspondence and this eventually sealed the deal on the purchase.

Adams help was also greatly appreciated as he spoke to my trade in repairs team to ensure a quick turn around for my current car repairs to enable the sale to go through.

The car itself looks brand new and was such a good deal as I had shopped around looking similar models and specs.

Was looking to swap my car for something a bit newer so popped in yesterday for a look, was greeted by Stephen who helped me and showed me all my options. Eventually found the perfect car for me. The service was outstanding, he was so helpful and really understanding about what I wanted, he was also really funny and easy going. Far better experience than I have had in a lot of places. Absolutely loved our experience of buying a car with Scott. He was so patient (it was our first time buying a car in the UK) with all of our questions, walking us through each step. Very simple process. Car was delayed through no fault of the dealer, but Stephen was a pleasure to deal with and kept us updated. Very pleasant and low pressure environment.

When we booked the car in they couldn't specify a time. When we arrived they told us that they would do the work as soon as possible but it could be the afternoon before they could do it. We had driven from Stranraer 50 miles away, so we were killing time while it was ready, but within 90 minutes we got a phone call to say the work was done and the car was being washed. The service was excellent and far quicker than we were expected. Well done Park Renault!
