Purchased a snake from them around 1,5 year ago and she came out as healthy, very mischievous danger noodle for a royal python! We love her so much.
I you have ANY questions about exotic animals, feeding, housing and enrichment, feel free to ask. Staff is super friendly and well educated about animas and their welfare :)
Other than that: fair prices, good stock, availability 7 days a week :)

Really nice pet store with pets kept in great condition. My only criticism would be that the rats probably find it stressful being in the same room as noisy birds (some birds being natural predators of rats) and also I disagreed with picking rats up by their tails they clearly didn't enjoy it, it is painful for the rat to hold them by what is essentially their spine (see google). Other than that it is a lovely pet store with great variety which was well worth the drive.

We bought Jack our cockatiel from here staff was lovely gave advice wouldn’t sell if you hadn’t got a suitable cage which we had animal health and welfare comes first i recommend to buy any pet from here

Worse pet shop I've ever come across 😫 we travelled 1 hour to get there and I've never seen anything like it! The axolotls most of them have had legs taken off too many in the tanks one had a heater in! The spiders wasn't in great shape at all this place needs closing down you can easily see they are in it for money no care for these poor things will be reporting

No fish anymore, they used to be brilliant for fish, still have tanks, food etc for sale, I don't have a tank anymore though so doesn't affect me. Still a brilliant shop for everything else. Hoping they start to do a loyalty type card or summit for points 😁. They still have the dinosaurs which my kids keep asking me to buy 😂

The staff were super helpful and were very knowledgeable about the animals they keep there. The animals all seemed clean, fed and well kept.
We left with three happy rats and with more knowledge that what we arrived with, thank you!

Amazing I'm so happy with my 2 Amazon milk frogs, they are healthy and so lovely I travelled all the way from Barnsley just to come here because of how good the reviews were.

Absolutely fantastic place the staff from entering the shop where absolutely fantastic , asked for advise for my Mrs about a parrot or a hand tame bird etc there was no rush and even took time to get the birds out and actually see what my Mrs took too , she's absolutely in love with the hand tame cockatiel and the lady and gentleman that helped us I can't actually thank enough , both of them I'd have working in our shop , customer service at its best , thanks guys will see you soon
