A decent service station which can be accessed by both directions of the motorway. Accessing from the Northern bound direction was a little bit confusing but it was not too difficult. There are plenty of food options which caters for all tastes and there are several car parking spaces to allow busy periods.

While there appeared a good range of outlets, all were shutting down at 10;00pm on a Sunday. Ompliments to the Costa Coffee team who tried to keep a large number of customers happy from their range. The furniture was relatively old and worn and a considerable proportion of the toilet facilities were unusable. One exposed floor grate showed a large amount of accumulated dirt. Overall, a poor level of service and a poor advert for the service station chain.

Good place to take the family for sometime away from the busy city. You can have a private meeting space for less than £6 per hour. Many options for food outlets and if you can't make up your mind just sit look around talk, walk. And you will be spoilt for choice.

By the way there is plenty of parking space for all shapes and sizes of vehicles. Remember to slow down because there are kids. Let's keep the roads safe.

Should you see any suspicious activity do not hesitate to report with haste. On leaving Take time to read the signs you might get lost.

The bathrooms are mint clean with a number of items one can get from the gents. I love it I love it I love it

As motorway services go. Not a big choice but basics are provided: Public restrooms, Costa, Asian food, WHSmith, M&S, KFC etc. But what got me is a little playground and laundrette! Photos provided :)

Nice atmosphere, fairly clean. Disappointed to see fire exit blocked with wet floor sign that staff continued to walk past, one even struggled past it to use fire exit to go for a cigarette. This would suggest its general practice.

Weirdly complicated to get to off northbound M40 but as services go it's in really nice setting. Sunday morning when we were here is really quiet yet Costa like the Gregg's outside has a queue. Staff diligently work their way through with efficiency but everyone seems quite chilled

Could see that there is a good range of outlets, however could see that most of them were shutting down at 5 pm on a Saturday.. had M&S and managed with that. Costa Coffee which is good. It was raining and the front door entrance mat was very bad and holding huge water and no body can know that as well. The furniture was relatively old and worn and a considerable proportion of the toilet facilities were unusable. The toilet maintenance was not that great. Hand wash was not working and that’s not that good. One exposed floor grate showed a large amount of accumulated dirt. The entrance from motorway was so confusing and there signs are not that great. Overall, a poor level of service and a poor advert for the service station chain.
