Their sales team is fantastic but that's it. Don't expect efficient tech support, replies to emails that are "not important " to them, they offered a refund for a free delivery (who even does that?) because the equipment was late 5 days, took a month to replace a factory faulted equipment and I payed for all the month although I never used it, tech support very rude and not responsive (you have to call them back, even if your business is burning they will not care.
Had only high words for them but for 2 months now only issues I have with them.
Disappointing!

Literally the worst company I have ever rented from. Id love to know how many times they have been sued for neglect and whatever the technical term for ignorance is. I would advice potential customers to read every word of their 16 page terms and conditions as I promise you these will come back to haunt you. And dont expect any kind of refund. The epitome of greedy work practices
