We called this company when we were having problems with our Salamander Grill - they came within the hour and were able to repair it there and then as they had the parts on the van - reasonable price and reassuringly experienced. We will definitely use them again. Excellent service

I have always had fantastic service from PRE (including a bespoke s/steel canopy from their sister company TLCC). Reassuring to know that they have been in business over 40 years and have the resources to provide all the back up I require. Great people providing a good, reliable service.

I would call PRE the best catering engineers in Nottingham but in fact I've only ever used PRE and the team! As a smallish business (cafe) owner in Derby PRE are great:responsive, reliable, friendly and good value (yes I've compared!). Great to deal with and always offering welcome advice. Pop in some time!

Regular user of PRE for good reason. Switched from a smaller company who were unable to always be available when needed (which can be at short notice sometimes admittedly) or have the comprehensive knowledge / 'can do' attitude & experience of all at PRE. Time (& equipment!) is money in this game after all. Recommended

Excellent....would never bother going anywhere else. Mick, Lynn and the team have always been straightforward, reliable and really 'know their onions' (other vegetables are available and on the menu!). I rely on PRE to keep me trading...enough?

From installing our very first kitchen in the Nottingham Soulville 14 years ago through to several emergency call outs last year Mick and the gang have never let us down and understand 100% that a reliable and quick service is key to keeping a busy kitchen operating. I would recommend them to anyone !

I rang PRE to see if they could assist in a full kit out of a commercial kitchen that had been poorly maintained, they came to site to see what parts were needed and returned to site shortly after with everything required. They fully installed my new rational with waste pipe and external water filter, installed and gave a once over to my 6 burner, char grill and fryers then gas safety tested it all and emailed me the certificate. They then went on to fully rewire and install correctly my heat lamps on the pass with PAT testing completed on all items required. I chose this company due to their 5 star ratings they did not disappoint! Even the bill was not wallet breaking. Fantastic service with very knowledgeable engineers. Was let down by another company so this was an emergency job. PRE were superb. Online invoicing is so easy to pay. Engineer (Ian - I think) was excellent. Quick, informative and my fryer now works perfectly.
