CS Catering Equipment

Ordered over 2 weeks ago with guaranteed delivery within 5 days, sadly not delivered and means we leave 1000s of customers dissapointed, as well as ordering £1000s of stock which now has to be wasted as can not be used. All i got was apologies . Item has still not arrived, and will do next week, but this misses our big weekend event and thus causes problems. Not great service at all sadly.

Great value and efficient delivery. Holly from the Sales team was especially helpful in finding the right product for our organisation and providing us with all the right documentation and specs that we needed.

We recently used CS Catering for the first time and have been delighted with their service and pricing. They were significantly cheaper than the competitors with the range we wanted. The items arrived promptly after order and, when we discovered 2 dishes were broken in transit, we were sent replacements with no questions in LESS THAN 24 HOURS!! Needless to say, they are now at the top of our "preferred suppliers" list.

I have been looked after each time by Jaye Moody whose product knowledge, advice and customer care is excellent. She is a real ambassador for CS Catering and they should be proud of her.
For me in this troubled world, the origin of manufacturer is important and it is unusual to be able to get someone also that cares about my requests. Thank You Jaye and the team.

Absolutely shocking service.
Item go faulty within a month when contacted them they said its out of warranty, claiming that you have purchased a similar item a year ago.
A decent company would replace or issue a full refund without a question as it was within the 28 return period.

I waited for my delivery today from 8am to 6PM, but it did not arrive. I called customer service yesterday and today and they both confirmed the item would be delivered today.
I am very annoyed as I took time off from work today. Classic poor customer service.

5 star service from Holly at CS Catering. We had some equipment die on us the week before the re-opening on 17th May. I requested a quote from the website and Holly got in touch. She helped me with the order, ensuring that everything would fit and was especially helpful in advising delivery times for the items. Being in a major hurry she ensured we had everything on site in time - helping me choose a different fridge that could be dispatched quicker. Holly was always very speedy to reply to my needs and requests, and she also helped me with returning something and getting a replacement here (and in time). Thank you so much for your help Holly 😊 Would definitely use CS in the future and would recommend!
