Fantastic customer service, and they offered me the best price for all the products I needed for the new production unit we built.

Rubbish service. Ordered a part on 2nd December and still waiting. It’s 10th January...I have emailed three times now. Not even a reply!

Tried to speak to them about ordering a dishwasher but they told me I had to order on line. I had questions to ask first but they were just not interested. Culminated in them slamming the phone down on my. Classy - Not!!

Unbelievably grateful for the brilliant customer service and support from M&S Catering.

The lady on the phone was so helpful and helped ensure our busiest day ever wasn't made a nightmare by supplies not arriving in time from somewhere else.

They have literally gone the extra mile to meet our requirements and we will be absolutely be ordering from them again.

Delivery guy was also very pleasant despite having some trouble finding us.

Price of the supplies we needed were also quite a bit cheaper than our current supplier.
