Fantastic suppliers - nothing is too much trouble. Excellent communication, and gave me full attention whilst at the warehouse, taking the time to show me the full range. Very knowledgeable about all of their products - really impressive. Great prices too. They stock a LOT more than I realised. Contactable through Facebook as well which made it easier for me. Have been a customer of Swansea Bar and Catering for over 10 years from old premises to new and one thing that has always been great is the service ... you are always remembered and welcomed and if they don't have a particular item on that day they make sure they will source it for you!

I don't work in the catering industry but needed a large bottle bin. After being let down by a number of suppliers online I called Bar & Catering Supply Co and they had what I needed in stock. Archie is super helpful and took the time to measurer the bin. If I need anything like this again I'll be straight back.

Access is limited as this is a dead end lane. Class 2 vehicles or below only. Reversing into the lane is advised. The company is very accommodating and the unloading was done in 30 minutes.

From the delivery guys, who were really helpful with getting the new cooker in, to Archie and his support team who went the 'extra mile' to get our cooker up and running, I have to say what a great team ! Thanks so much. Would definitely recommend them and use their company again.
