Unbelievably huge portions and very good value for money, I ate here a few times while my partner was induced and the staff are really welcoming and helpful.

Good food at very reasonable prices. Smashing breakfast (6 items) was £3.75. Nothing fancy but what do you expect? Very friendly and clean. Puts other hospital cafes to shame.

Fantastic!!! For what it is. A family member is seriously ill and about fifteen members were at the hospital. It is a place we could be together away from the ward and get a decent cup of coffee and something to eat. There was no pressure to vacate the tables and we were there all day while taking turns to go to the ward (which did have a family area with room for about seven). The Hub Cafe is basic but provides a terrific service. Every hospital should have one.

Food wasn't bad, and staff were nice. However for an advance order for a group all but mine was brought out. Waited ages then asked where mine was. Had to remind them that my meal was never brought out.

There is alot of seating - open to hospital staff and visitors. There is hot food and snacks available. Reason it doesn't get a 5 stars is it feels like a school canteen. If they improve the decor then it would be more inviting. Also, there is a Costa coffee shop within the hospital which is quite popular

After almost 24 hours waiting around at the hospital and bring very hungry we decided to give the hub a try. The lady serving had no people skills.made no eye contact .looked miserable and served and walked off with no conversation or acknowledgement. The food serving areas looked cluttered and grubby and the jacket potatoes we had were Luke warm. Won't revisit

Politically correct, mask-wearing closed-minded, law-abiding, apple-polishing medical staff cafe. Rather dull, repressed atmosphere and a wide, tasty selection of economical, reheated food. Not a place to pick up a dolly-bird, that's for sure.
