Delicious Pizza & kebab burnley

Food hadn't arrived 1 hour after I ordered. Rang them to cancel. They refused saying driver on way with foodand hung up on me. 10 minutes later he arrives. I send him back saying I cancelled the order. Get a call from a mobile 20 minutes later. It's the guy who took my order. Starts giving me grief for sending the food back. It was a £9 order! Atrocious customer service. Food nothing special. Avoid.

Ordered here a handful of times, usually the exact same order. On two occasions they forgot my bottle of Pepsi, but I did receive them later. On a third occasion, they forgot my toppings entirely. When they get it right the pizza is great, but it's rare that they do.

I have ordered food from their website and they got the order wrong, when I called to see if we could sort something out. I was treated so disrespectfully i am personally disgusted. The person I spoke tonight laughed at me, told me I was stupid. I have never been spoken with such disrespect. We have been a loyal customer ordering from them for months without a problem. Sometimes ordering 3 times a week. I have raved about the food to friends and customer service unfortunately this time. The gentleman I spoke to was so disrespectful to me. What happened to customer service. You certainly don't talk. To customers. In that way. I certainly didn't speak to anyone with disrespect. The man needs at least a disciplinary action if not firing for the way he spoke to me. And dragged the driver into the conversation. I didn't blame. Anyone I simply said a mistake was. After at least 2 years of constant loyalty I will never recommend them or use this franchise again. The food is really good but unfortunately the customer service is terrible.

Pre-ordered for 8pm and it turned up at 5pm so I turned it away. When it came back at 8pm it was clearly the same pizza that had been reheated. Chewy, cold and tasteless. Some places are bargain prices for a reason.

I'm Always up for supporting small family run businesses, the gourmet burger is really nice. My issue is that the 3 times Iv ordered they've used the same excuse and not done anything about it. 3 times Iv not got complete order, 3 times delivery was late and 3 times the person on the phone blamed the 'uncle' who works in the back and gets orders wrong because he doesn't speak English and that they only have 1 driver covering Burnley Nelson and Padiham hence the delay in delivering. Shame I won't be ordering again as I quite liked the gourmet burger

Ordered later Saturday night/Sunday Morning (they were still taking orders), they said the food had been delivered on the app, it had not. It’s 4am now and still no order. Will be pursuing a full refund.

Tried so many times to ring an order through but no answer for over 30 mins, ended up ordering through just eat. They confirmed the substantially large order but then waited 30 minutes before very annoyingly cancelling the order with no explanation. We tried ringing to find out why the order was cancelled.....Guess what, no answer! Very poor service.

Got a chicken burger with a full salad got my burger with 4 pieces of lettuce and 5 strips of onion with hardly any mayo and hardly and salad also ordered spicy mayo with my chips none came the chips were cold and tasted like plastic and asked for a mango flavoured drink but instead got a can of coke ive used them beg they were good but now I won’t be ordering from there again.
