Burger King

Visited this Burger King today as we had broken down at these services and awaiting recovery. Naturally we thought grab a coffee and a snack. Shocked at the treatment from staff is an understatement!! We queued and asked if we could pay at the counter as we only had cash. The lady said no use the self service. This does not take cash. I asked how else I could purchase in store she said walk through the drive through with the cars!! Just wow. Why couldn’t my cash be taken across and handed to the drive through in store? Many staff were just chatting. If this was my business and staff were actively turning away money I would be very upset. I appreciate staff are on low pay, but if you can’t help people change your job perhaps? Will never go back

Really impressed with this chain. It's really clean and every table is spotless. This Burger King also has a very modern vibe to it and the food was made pretty fast and food was good.

Downside though, the toilets do not work as of recently so you need to go to the BP toilets just down the road. Don't know if it's changed or not.

The screen showing order numbers wasn't being used by the staff so no idea when my order was ready, but that obviously didnt matter as I ended up having to wait 30 minutes for my food to be ready. (I only had 30 minutes spare) It was finally served at the counter as a small meal when i had paid for a large. After telling the staff they just grabbed my chip bag and piled chips into it, handing it back to me with chips spilling out all over the counter and everywhere in the takeout bag. No apology, no discernable communication from the staff other than grunts and "urrr"s. Not to mention the toilet was out of order and no hand sanitizers in the whole building. Clearly no management on site as the whole team appeared to be shuffling around as though nobody was waiting. Ended up getting a cold, tasteless meal that half of which had to be binned as i was in a rush. Ive already had bad experiences at Burger King but this one takes a gold medal for the worst run fast food place ive ever seen. Absolutely will never be spending money at a Burger King again.

Left me waiting at the till for 10 minutes and then I decided to ask if I could order they said kiosk only and no cash.
What a dump no seats and no drive thru all of that was shut and they don't take cash. The lady giving out food got 3 orders wrong in a row. You'd have better service at a vending machine.

Our kids love Burger King, so we visit anytime we go on an excursion or family road trip. But...The staff NEVER get the food order right...EVER. we have come to just accept that some things are hard for some people and BK only employ people that can't read or think logically. Very disorganised. If it was my business/franchise I would be sacking some idiots instead of letting them run a Saturday evening shift.

This place is a disgrace. My husband is a truck driver got there a 5 mins past 6. They stop serving inside at 6. Only drive through available. Couldn't get a meal as he wasn't on wheels. Obviously a jobs worth works there. I bet they were full of praise for the truckers to get supplies to them during covid.

Interesting concept in action here, take the fast element out of fast food!
Don’t use the drive through unless you have a few hours to spare and a good book.
Once you’ve entered the queue your trapped.
Slowest service I have ever seen at a Burger King!

Always a little slow but foods always hot. Drive through is too often out of use. However easy to park and get some quick grub. Cheesy chips are the best
