Prezzo Italian Restaurant Tring

Had a fantastic pizza here. Service was speedy, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend!

Had the Etna Black Pizza which I would definitely recommend. Good service and good food. Will definitely be back.

Outside the building looks like one of those converted banks that are becoming restaurants and when we went in, the immediate impression was of spaciousness with plenty of light.

We were welcomed by the staff who were friendly and professional and shown to our table which was comfortably shouted and not cramped. You can see the good being prepared, which is always of interest.

When our menu choices were brought to us, they were nicely presented, properly cooked and very tasty.

A trip to the toilets, which are clean and maintained to a high standard shower that the size of this restaurant is considerable.

Great friendly service, lovely food. All round fab experience.

Average food quality and average service. Have been going here several times over the years and have always enjoyed the attentive service. However it's been a while and there is new management, trying hard but not quite delivering. Friday night, family of 4 at 6pm, took nearly 2 hours from start to finish. Whilst I don't want to be rushed, I felt the service was generally very slow....45 mins from being seated to getting our 1st drinks!
Will give a miss for a while, real shame, such a great venue.

This place could be good if the staff had a better attitude.

We (X3) arrived at 8pm for a booked meal. The restaurant was a little busy, so we waited to be shown a table.

We stood for 10 minutes by the door, while staff walked past us many time.NOBODY acknowledged us.

The (gum chewing) supervisor knew we were waiting.....we could see her talking to her staff about us.
But clearly nobody wanted to " own" us.

We should have left and gone to another restaurant.

Eventually a very nice young male waiter ( who was not about at the beginning) came over and greeted us.
Showed us to a table. Thank you.

The meal was good and the rest of the evening went well.

Wonderful birthday party for my adult son. But the staff were also amazing with the young children. All ten of us enjoyed it, young 3 yrs to old 64 yrs. Would recommend it for family meals or a couple 😊😊
