INEDIBLE AND STAFF HUNG UP PHONE! Firstly, they put my chow mein and sweet and sour in the SAME container, no joke (see photo). There was NO SAUCE, look at the chicken, is that a joke?! 'sweet and sour hong kong style' sprinkled on top of my chow mein? What the hell. I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy. Horrible food, even worse staff. I wish it was possible to give 0 stars!! We ordered food, took over two hours to come and the phone was permanently busy, which I later realised was staff avoiding customer calls. When it did come it was seriously inedible. I managed to get through at 10:30pm, and the rudest lady hung up the phone to me when I asked for some money back from my meal, and when I tried to call back it was 'engaged'. Seriously never go here. I dread to think what the state of their kitchen looks like.

The shop itself is a little lousy looking, but the food itself is fine and service quick as long as you collect in person.

First time ordering from this place on just eat..seeing alot of bad reviews but I have to give my review honestly. I'm going to write a long review as feel they deserve it.

We thought we'd try this place as reviews on just eat aren't bad but if id read these first we probably wouldn't have BUT..I'm glad we did!

Firstly, very good prices if your after a cheap Chinese. We got a portion of noodles and pork balls with sweet n sour sauce for two of us and came to £10.20 odd with delivery which in these days is shockingly cheap..we didn't have high hopes..

Anyway, it came in the time estimated (55 mins)in good packaging and still hot. Portions were huge and we enjoyed it all very much..half a portion each was more than enough and for an average size man and a petite lady we both can eat a fair bit! And we had balls left over.
Never had pork balls before but they were lovely and huge with a good ammount of meat in them.

Alot of people slating them but give them a try..we had no problems at all and will definitely be returning. Much love

Ordered through just eat. When ordering they reported that delivery time would be 45 minutes. I.5 hours later still no food. Phone line constantly busy ... assume the phone is taken off the hook , probably because people are phoning to complain !!!! 2 hours after ordering still no food so cancelled the order. Wish we had read the reviews before ordering as they all seem to say the same thing. Avoid !!!!

Absolute joke of a business and con artist owners. Ordered via just eat at 5pm, claimed they delivered at 5.55. Called the restaurant which was engaged 'line busy'. Customer service tried to get hold of them 5minutes of waiting later they lied and claimed we refused to answer the door and never picked up their phone call. (They did neither) why would I order food to then ignore the delivery? Lots of waisted time we had to rustle something up at 7.30 in the end because it was getting far to late to rely on another takeaway.

Abysmal. Missing items, phoned and was told they will deliver straight away. 15 mins later phoned and asked how long and was told it had just left (we live 5 mins away) 20 mins later phoned again and the woman was extremely rude. Phoned again after another 15 mins and asked for a refund for my missing items as the rest of my dinner was now cold.. the same woman was extremely rude and accused me of short changing the delivery driver by 20p (which I absolutely did not). I explained even if that was the case they have short changed me half of my order for which I would like a refund and they can minus the 20p if they are that adamant about it. The woman was extremely rude saying 'what do you want me to do about it' the food was dry and the beef chewy. Staff were rude and service was honestly the worst I've ever experienced. Never again would I order from this takeaway and I strongly recommend noone else does.

After reading “ some positive “ reviews expected nice food. Ordered sweet & sour chicken balls, the chicken balls weren’t cooked through and the sweet and sour sauce wasn’t there?? Chow mien had some snotty substance all over the top, with giant chunks of grey chicken. The egg fried rice was so dry and flavourless. And the sweet and sour Hong Kong style was dry, and stale tasting.The only edible thing about the meal was the prawn crackers! Will not be ordering again, waste of money and time. Absoloutely disgusting.

Have always loved the food from here although 50/50 it was hot. Shane they failed the hygiene inspection. I cannot order from here again. Search for it - was in daily echo. Such a shame. 😢
