Amazing food enjoyed it splendidly definitely will come again the spices are good because if you want a certain type of food then you can ask for it. Delivery came really fast and none of the food spilt. The seating is very nice and fancy and I definitely recommend that you go and get some when it’s the night you cant be bothered to cook and fancy some nice curry! Well done I’m impressed!👍🏻👍🏻

If your thinking about ordering an Indian from here don’t bother. We ordered last night, 3 phone calls and 4 hours later from ordering it finally arrived and some of the bits were missing like the onion bhaji’s. Fobbed off and lied to every time we phoned just to get us off the phone. The food was average at very best when it arrived. Absolutely appalling service and we will not be ordering from here again, we were loyal customers ordering from here for our Friday night “curry night” once a week, and spending over £150 per month. From now on our custom will be going else where.

Appreciate your probably busy but if you are going to give a delivery time then stick to it, no matter how long the wait and be honest with your customers. If the wait is 2 hours then say so. This isn’t the first time this has happened and have given them benefit of the doubt the first time, last night was the final straw.

Very disappointing!

Was in the area so was looking for a good indian meal to take home. Monsoon didn't disappoint food was hot and tasted freshly cooked. We went for a set meal for two and it would have fed three easily, great value for money. The service was pleasant and warm. Not sure I would eat there though, it's very small. Very impressed

Ordered tonight for a collection for the first time since moving to the area. Was early for collection and ended up having a cobra with a regular and a good chat with the guy behind the counter. Got home and was some of the best Indian food I’ve ever tasted from a takeaway. Definitely found a new local. Even may drop by soon for a sit down meal. See you soon!!!

Quite frankly, the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time which led to us not even wanting to collect the order we’d placed. I phoned through to place an order and I had a question to ask beforehand which certainly wasn’t what I’d call unnecessary or ‘silly’. The order was only for my mum and me so I asked if one korma and one rice would be enough to feed 2 adults because everywhere has different portion sizes. The man on the phone responded with “well, you’ve had a curry before haven’t you?” to which I said “yes..” and he said “well you should know then” in the rudest, most condescending tone. All he had to say was something along the lines of “our portions are quite large so one would be enough” or “I’d recommend one each as they’re fairly average” but no, he continued to speak to me and continuously over me in a vile tone, to which I tried to say “there’s no need to patronise me or speak to me like that, it’s an innocent question as everywhere serves different sized portions” but I couldn’t get it across because like I said he continued to talk over me. He said something along the lines of “well, you know how hungry you are so you should know”. In the end, despite placing the order I didn’t feel like I wanted to hand any of my money over when spoken to so poorly and so unnecessarily. Ended up placing an order with taroka in fair oak instead, lady on the phone was lovely, answered the question in a polite and friendly manner and the food was 10/10. Having spent years working in corporate customer services, whoever the man on the phone was… you are not fit for such a role. That simply isn’t how you speak with the general public.

First time here on recommendation and the food was superb. The take away was ready on time, Sal is hilarious and provided free "entertainment".

Food turned up an hour earlier than requested - we couldn’t eat it at that time as we were putting our child to bed. Was refused a refund or a new meal to be brought out. I even offered to go and pick up the replacement meal and drop off the old one, but was refused.

Extremely rude member of staff then put me on with the manager who repeated the same thing. Was told that I should just put it in the microwave - I didn’t just spend £30 on a curry to have a microwave meal..

Will not be returning after the horrible way the staff spoke to me.

A truly disastrous take away from this restaurant, food came two hours late and was delivered in two parts, neither had the correct order, one bite of the prawns made us realise for the sake of our bathroom we should just throw it away and give up on the meal. Worst take out I have ever had , and I have had some bad food.
